Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mugikari platform, including hosted storefronts, embeddable cart widgets, seller dashboards, and related services.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Mugikari provides software infrastructure that enables sellers to host storefronts, manage products, and accept customer orders. Mugikari is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfillment of orders, handling of returns, and compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Any activities performed under your account are your responsibility.

Mugikari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

You may not use the platform to sell illegal goods, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

Mugikari reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

API keys are issued to authenticated merchants for integrating external applications with the platform. Keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared publicly.

Mugikari enforces rate limiting on all API endpoints to ensure fair usage. Abuse or circumvention of rate limits may result in key revocation.

The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. Mugikari does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Mugikari's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Mugikari may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
