Refund and return guidelines. Last updated: September 2026.
This Refund Policy outlines the general guidelines for refunds and returns on the Mugikari platform. Mugikari facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the transaction itself.
Each merchant is responsible for establishing and communicating their own refund and return policy to their customers.
Merchants must clearly state their refund, return, and exchange policies to buyers before purchase. This includes timeframes, conditions, and any restocking fees.
Merchants are solely responsible for processing refunds and returns in accordance with their stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
If a buyer receives a defective, damaged, or materially different product, they should first contact the merchant directly to resolve the issue.
If a merchant is unresponsive or unwilling to resolve a legitimate dispute, buyers may contact Mugikari support at mugikari.app@gmail.com for assistance. Mugikari will mediate but cannot compel a merchant to issue a refund.
Mugikari does not process payments directly between buyers and sellers. All payments are made directly to the merchant via Mobile Money or other payment methods the merchant has configured.
Because Mugikari never holds buyer funds, the platform cannot issue refunds on behalf of merchants.
